At Prime Caliberr, we are committed to delivering your luxury timepiece safely and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Times
Our standard delivery time is 8 to 21 business days, depending on your location and applicable customs processing. Please note that this timeframe refers to delivery time only, and is separate from our order processing time.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on our website or at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges before placing your order.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Prime Caliberr is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you with this process; please reach out to us at support@primecaliber.com.
For high-value items, we strongly recommend selecting a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery, where available.
8. International Shipping
We currently ship to customers within the United States. If international shipping outside the United States becomes available, additional customs and import regulations may apply, and the customer will be responsible for any associated duties and taxes as outlined in Section 5.
9. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@primecaliber.com with photos and a brief video of the product and packaging. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details on how we handle damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partners for processing, we are unable to make changes or cancel the shipment.
